The DECA mentors are available to come to your centre to provide the DECA training, offer support to your team and find answers to your questions surrounding the DECA program and assessment tool. If you are interested in implementing the DECA in your programs, please contact either Trish Bucholtz for more information or a mentor to set up a time that is convenient for both parties. The initial DECA training that took place in November was 2 full days. The DECA training through the mentors can be offered in a variety of ways. For example, you may want a mentor to come for 3-5 sessions during staff meetings.

Thank you for your continued support and encouragement as we work through our first phase of Raising the Bar.
